Indications of my general mental status

Ten minutes ago I was supposed to leave to have my meds refilled but I wanted to toss off a quick update on the evolution of my Filofax which has  come to represent a beacon of sanity and anchor to my hope that life can be easy again; perhaps even peaceful and orderly.

So with that thought and before I go and tell my doctor about how the cracking bathroom floor and ugly sink is indicative of my general mental status ( i.e. It's teetering, Doc.  And my gray matter is turning to goulash.)   I give you the Booya! section of my Filofax:

Filofax - Action League Now Section

This section featuring The Action League Now is the good twin to the Dr. Evil section ( the section I write notes about companies that I have ongoing issues with.)    The Booya! Section is where I write notes about companies I have successful dealing with as well as the names and direct numbers - so I don't  have to sit through twenty minutes of prompts -  of people who I want to be sure to call again if any situation arises.

To put it simply; the people and companies that make (my) life easier.  Those that have rescued me in the past from the depths of appliance hell, those that don't talk to me from a script and those people that I reach after hop-skipping around the world on some truly vile phone lines.  I want to be able to call upon these angels to rescue me in the future.  These Supermen and Wonder Women of customer so they have their own Filofax section and it's called Booya! - The Hero Section.

I figure people can go from Dr. Evil to Booya! if problems have good resolutions because hey! It happens.

Both sections...very clever.

I adore these sections! Esp. with the stickers and stuff, fantastic.

I do something slightly similar on my phone. When I want to screen a phone call, I will put "Screen" as the last name. Because, if I delete the annoying number, and the person calls, I might accidentally pick up.

So, if you have Dr. Evil on your phone, re-name him to Dr. Evil (firstname) Screen (lastname).

It's a great way to avoid those "Ooops Oh Sh*t I Didn't Meenta Pick Up!" moments.

I never thought of writing down the miracle customer service people and direct numbers! I'm going to have to pick up this habit for sure
